The coaching made me more self-aware regarding my career aspirations. Even though I have not had any offers of employment yet I have been more courageous in developing agri-business prospects. In addition I have started volunteering in mentoring of young ladies – I was able to see myself as an asset with skills that contribute to community even beyond employment. My mind was opened to see my skills as transferable into other sectors. The coaching experience has been enriching. I am satisfied and appreciate the follow up long after the end of the `formal` sessions.
